Introducing the Kyozou Knowledge Base, the home for all your up to date information on all things related to using Kyozou. We’re always here to help but sometimes you need help outside of business hours. With the Kyozou Knowledge Base, all the information you need when you need it is just a click away. That’s why we created an informative hub to help you get as much out of your Kyozou account as possible.


What to expect:

  • Up to date step-by-step guides on how to use Kyozou: This is great for onboarding new staff who will manage your listings or when you forget how to do something that you haven’t done in a while.
  • Announcements: We’ll be releasing new exciting features monthly and will post any relevant information regarding your use of Kyozou.
  • Forums: As we build new features, we’ll be coming to you, the user, to discuss what you need. Users can share tips and tricks with others here too. If you have questions for others in a similar situation, you may be able to get some advice directly from them.  Forums are a great place to post questions and comments as we’ll be monitoring this so that we can get back to you quickly.

While we’re just getting started with this Knowledge Base, you can rest assured that we’ll be adding more support materials to help, so you can get all the information you need, at any time and at your own convenience. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager will still be there to assist you whenever you need, these materials are offered as an additional line of support.
